Refund policy
Please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Damaged items will be reimbursed as store credit only and must be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery. Authorization for return is required before sending items back. A 25% restocking fee applies to unpacked items without original packaging, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return items must remain in their original, unopened packaging with manufacturer labels and tags intact. Items that are worn, altered, or washed, as well as incomplete pre-packs, will not be accepted.
To file a claim, please email us at info@wildcosmos.com with the following information:
- Company Name
- Invoice Number/Order ID
- Style Number
- Size, Quantity, and Color
- Image of Damage
- Reason for Return
