Shipping policy

Wild Cosmos ships via USPS and UPS, with shipping costs covered by the buyer. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that cannot be accessed by our carriers. Shipping times vary by location, with 1-2 business days for order processing (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Wild Cosmos is not responsible for unforeseen delays, including those caused by environmental factors.

Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available. Customers may request signature-required service in the order notes. However, Wild Cosmos is not liable for any loss or damage if customers alter delivery instructions (e.g., redirect, delay, or release without a signature). All packages are insured up to $200, but once marked as delivered, Wild Cosmos is no longer responsible for refunds or reshipments.
